Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately fill project information in the Project Information System (PIS) and Job Acceptance Form, ensuring no errors.
  • Ensure all required data is entered in PIS before proceeding to other departments.
  • Prepare precise and data-driven techno-commercial offers.
  • Regularly update CRM and communicate changes to relevant departments promptly.
  • Actively seek out leads and business development opportunities, maximizing conversion rates.
  • Maintain client and lead data banks, tracking progress until closure.
  • Oversee after-sales service data, ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Visit clients' locations and coordinate with involved stakeholders (Admin, Production, Engineering, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and internal issues (e.g., Letter of Credit).
  • Obtain client-approved drawings and communicate them to all relevant teams.
  • Submit "Lost Job Report" as needed for respective clients.
  • Monitor and complete collection procedures, notifying stakeholders as required.
