Key Responsibilities	Accurately fill project information in the Project Information System (PIS) and Job Acceptance Form, ensuring no errors. Ensure all required data is entered in PIS before proceeding to other departments. Prepare precise and data-driven techno-commercial offers. Regularly update CRM and communicate changes to relevant departments promptly. Actively seek out leads and business development opportunities, maximizing conversion rates. Maintain client and lead data banks, tracking progress until closure. Oversee after-sales service data, ensuring prompt follow-up. Visit clients' locations and coordinate with involved stakeholders (Admin, Production, Engineering, etc.). Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and internal issues (e.g., Letter of Credit). Obtain client-approved drawings and communicate them to all relevant teams. Submit "Lost Job Report" as needed for respective clients. Monitor and complete collection procedures, notifying stakeholders as required.
